How do I know if you have received my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with full details of your order and payment. We will also notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

What is your delivery area?

Currently we deliver to Yarra Jets Football Club for pick up on Sunday mornings.

What is your minimum order size?

We have no minimum order size.

How can I pay for my order?

Payments in Australia can be made securely via Visa, Mastercard or American Express; via the online shop checkout.

How are delivery fees calculated?

Delivery fees are calculated and included in the product price.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

We’d be sorry to hear that you had received an incorrect or damaged item. If this occurs then contact us via our Contact Us form or via email (yarrajetsfconlineshop@gmail.com) within 72 hours of receiving your order stating:

  • Your name and order number,
  • Details of the damaged item, and
  • Any further details that may be relevant.

We will contact you back.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We endeavour to ensure that all our products online are in stock. However, should our supplier be out of stock of a particular item(s) we will make pre-order available.
